What are shop supplies?

Shop supplies are commonly used components necessary to complete a variety of jobs, similar to a tool. A tool that has the potential to belong to the customer, upon completion of the job. A percentage of the total job cost is used to calculate this fee.

Does Multimarine do contract work?

Of course, Multimarine provides preventive maintenance contracts, service contracts, or a combination. Multimarine will work with your company to tailor a contract to your needs. We also provide contractual cold storage rentals.

How do I make payment?

Multimarine accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. However, all credit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee of the total invoice for each transaction. We also accept Priority Card, Check, T-Check, Com-Check, EFS Check, ACH/EFT, Money Order, and CASH! What an EPA charge?

An EPA charge is applied when chemicals are being disposed or recovered from a refrigerated unit. We take care to remove and discard these fluids properly. Including but not limited to: oil disposal, coolant disposal, refrigerant recovery, refrigerant oil disposal, drier disposal, oil pad disposal, stay dry disposal, etc.

What about a warranty?

Multimarine honors the Carrier Factory Warranty on Carrier made parts and units.
